INCA Career Opportunities is a program that provides residential and vocational opportunities to people with developmental disabilities. Individuals are approved for the program through the Oklahoma Department of Human Services'-OKDHS DDSD-Developmental Disabilities Services Division program.
INCA Career Opportunities provides community support to Atoka, Johnston, Marshall and Murray counties as well Bryan, Coal, Pushmataha and Pittsburg counties.
Residential Services:
The residential services provided by INCA are through contracts with DDSD for the following: HTS-Habilitation Training Specialist, Homemaker, DLS-Daily Living Supports, Agency Companion and Respite services. These services allow individuals to be able to live independently with needed support in the community in which they choose to live.
Vocational Services:
The vocational services that INCA provides is through contracts with DDSD for the following: Workshop Slot, Job Coaching, Community-Based and Center-Based services. These services allow an individual to have a job and work in the community. We also have a local Clothing Bank which we run for INCA that assist individuals in vocational services. We provide transportation services for individuals as needed also along with these other services.
